In the form below, just fill in the names you would like. For example,
if you wanted "Jenny 'heart' Tim" place Jenny in the top line of the form,
tim in the bottom. If you wanted a class year with a heart for example,
put the class year on top, and write heart on the bottom.
Notes on pictures designs
Military names- I can do all branches (Army, Navy,
USAF, Marines)
Class years- I can do any year. I can place a
design in the corner (heart, star, or cross)
Eagle with name- Name limit is 6 letters.
2 Names in one- Names limit 7 letters per name
#1 Daddy- Can be #1 Mommy, #1 Grandma, or
#1Grandpa (Cross can ve a star, or heart).
Loves ?- 5 letter limit on name

Orders shipped as
quickly as possible. Remember, these are hand cut. Time to ship, depends
on how busy we are. However, in most cases, we ship small orders in about
a week. Ask if you need to know exact shipping dates.
