What I offer is a little
different from the rest. I offer a low-cost yet professional alternative,
to the high cost professionally hosted websites.
Most small businesses want a website. Many
owners are discouraged when they discover the high-cost to get it up and
running. There are many setbacks they encounter. You have domain fees,
and webhosting fees. Website creation fees, programs to purchase.... etc...
etc... The list just goes on and on. Sure there are "all on one" services
that provide all you need.. but you better have a deep wallet!
Here
is what I can do:
Instead of forcing
you to spend "big bucks", getting all the features you need. I look for
"free", or low cost alternatives. I just charge a flat, basic fee for creating
each page. My fee is $19.95 per page (FREE if you take advantage of the
offer above). Here is a sample of what I can do for you.

Names
Domain
names are great, but if your on a budget there are other ways. On this
site, we have the domain www.handcutcoins.com, but we also use a re-direct
script.
No
I do not obtain a domain name for you. Instead... I will locate a free
re-direct service. Basically, what they do is re-direct your long web address...
into a short one. For instance, I use one for the "HAND CUT COINS" site
you are looking at. My actual website address is: "http://handcutcoins.artshost.com/coins.html".
I
use a re-direct service to shorten it, and create the professional look.
You can access the same site by using:
"http://handcutcoins.cjb.net"
Much
shorter, is cheaper (free), and looks professional. In your page fee, I
will set you up with a re-direct site.
Web
Hosting
Web
hosting can be an expensive thing. I cannot host your site. I will however
help you locate a free, or very cheap place to keep your files. Most ISP's
give some free space to members. If yours doesn't.. I will help you look
for one. Then I will help you get your files online, so the site is up
and running.
Graphics
Every
professionally looking site needs graphics. They need a good background,
buttons, bars, etc... I will locate, and place the graphics you want in
your site. I have tools, CD's, and various resources for these.
Page

These
can be the most time consuming of all. To have a professional looking site..
you need a professional looking title graphic. Like the one on top of this
page.. that says "Hand Cut Coins". If you don't have one, I will help create
you one. This is within reason though. I will do all I can to make it look
great! But I will not spend days on end creating the title.
Forms
I
can make order form pages. Completely professional looking. Same price
as the others $19.95. There is a problem with forms though. To get the
form data clearly... it requires a form reading program. A CGI script actually.
Most people pay for these programs, or it is included in the "big buck"
hosting. I cannot write a CGI script... but I will help you locate one.
Again.. I am offering the "cost-effective" way. With my site, I utilize
a free one. I suggest you do the same. I will help you set it up.
Animated
Graphics
Although
I can create animated graphics... it is well beyond the price I am offering
per page. They are quite time consuming. I will however look for, and use
those I can find for you. I have resources, and can easilly find animated:
e-mail .gif(s), character .gif(s), etc.
Links
I
will include as many links as you like per page.
e-mail
links
I
will include as many e-mail links as you like. I will also include an e-mail
graphic.
Photo
Scans
I
will scan, and include 5 photos per page. I will re-size, or re-touch as
needed. Then I will place it in your page.
Webcounter
I
will locate, and setup a webcounter for you. This will give you the information
you need, about the customers who are visiting your site.

Secure
Visa/MC accounts
To
set up these, you need to either purchase an expensive program, or find
a service that will take the cards for you, and charge you a fee. Both
beyond my scope, especially at this price. I can still create the page...
and you can locate the service that best meets your needs. Usually, they
just have some HTML code that needs to be added to your page.
Add
to Basket service
These
"Add to basket" services require extensive HTML code to be added to your
page. I can locate, and set these up.. but it requires more work then I
can offer at my low per-page price. If you really want one of these.. and
you cannot find someone more "orientated" to doing it, I will help you.
But I cannot set a price now. We would have to talk, and see what we are
really looking at.
Take

that is completely free to me. I do not pay a dime for hosting (other then
my monthly ISP basic fee), I do not pay for forms. I do not pay for the
guestbook. And I do not pay for webcounters. It doesn't cost anything to
keep online. I can do this for you too!! All you pay is the one time cost
of $19.95 per page (FREE, if you decide to place the HAND CUT COINS banner
on your site).
